This page will show any branch closures or effects to the operations of Lettering Direct during the Corona virus (Covid19) outbreak.
As this is a rapidly changing situation we will update this page with all the latest information that we have.

Trade Counter
Our Trade counter is closed until further notice due to the necessary restrictions. Therefore no Collection Orders will be processed but you can place an online order for delivery.
Online Orders
We are still despatching online orders as we have implemented a reduced staff levels at our warehouses to ensure social distancing of staff.
We are getting instances of couriers believing a customer’s premises are closed due to things like shutters being down. If your premises look closed but you are open please make it more obvious.
Couriers are also not doing 2nd deliver attempts, so if you are not there on the 1st attempt the parcel is being sent straight back to us, rather than being redelivered.
Northern Ireland & Republic Of Ireland Deliveries
Fastway couriers are back to making collections and deliveries every weekday in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
Customer Service
Our customer service call centre is operating normally but the hours are reduced to 9.00am – 5.00pm.
